Before Work Begins
Clients may cancel by written notice. Amounts paid may be refundable less any stated non-refundable deposit or committed cost.
After Work Begins
The client is responsible for completed work and costs incurred through the cancellation date.
Weekly Services
Weekly services may be canceled before the next billing period. Services already delivered remain payable.
